Classes
At the moment there are 2 yogapureyoga classes at the Claremont Centre. They are specifically aimed at working people who may want to relax or revive at the end of the working day.
Revive (Mondays 6.00 - 7.15)
In this class we work through a series of standing poses, backbends and twists that gently stimulate the heart, adrenal glands and spine in order to restore lost energy.
Relax (Mondays 7.15-8.30)
The later class guides students through a gentle, yin practice. Students unwind through a series of calming poses and guided relaxation.
